Welcome to The Cookie Barrel 

 

We are a family owned and operated business in Perth, Western Australia. I work with my husband Glenn Grosse and my parents Peter and Michelle Ferry and we are supported by a wonderful team of passionate and inspirational staff across all areas of the kitchen into administration and to our tireless delivery drivers.

 

Recently my youngest sister Chantal, joined our team and is driving our social media and marketing. This family environment continues with partners, relatives and friends of staff also working with us. 

How it all began...

The Cookie Barrel started out in the 1990’s from the kitchen of its founder Di Linfoot, a nutritionist and co-incidentally my high school canteen operator – I survived the high school years with amazing cookies and muffins cooked by this talented lady – little did I know her cookies and muffin recipes would play a large part in my later years. The Cookie Barrel has been providing the largest range of scrumptious desserts and savoury treats for more than 20 years to cafes and in general the food service industry of Western Australia.

 

Flash forward to 2018 and we are proud to be able to offer our clients the choice of over 150 products, including cookies, cakes, slices, muffins, savouries and our ever growing health range. We are determined to continue to be the driving force in bringing our new innovative products with something for everyone to the market, hence our Sugar Free range now available to the public.
